At Cold Seam, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders of $75 or more, or on any order containing 3 or more items.
Orders below $75 with fewer than 3 items ship for a flat rate of $4.95.

Order Processing Time

All Cold Seam products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days after your order is placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (United States): 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout — rates and delivery times vary by destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to follow your order's progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If the package appears lost or stuck, contact us at support@coldseam.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Cold Seam is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

P.O. Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
