Returns and Refunds Policy - Cold Seam

At Cold Seam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Made-to-Order Products

All Cold Seam products are made to order. This means each item is printed specifically for you when your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please review our size guide carefully before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@coldseam.com.

To process your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (defect, damage, or incorrect item)

Once we review your case, we will send a free replacement. You do not need to return the original item.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method in cases where a replacement resolves the issue. If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason. As our products are made to order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us at support@coldseam.com.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items without original tags
- Sale items
- Gift cards
